Halloween's most rule-obsessed little enforcer is ready to check whether everyone is honoring the traditions. This adult costume brings Sam from the cult horror film Trick 'r Treat to life, with an orange jumpsuit and his unmistakable sackcloth-head mask.
Halloween parties, horror movie nights and fan conventions. It also suits group costumes with fellow slasher icons. Bring a lollipop if you want to finish the look.
