Good product, fast shipping. The fit is a little tight, but I have a small head. It stayed on for the entirety of my 10K. It is a bit scratchy on the inside and I did order a wig cap with it which I never received.

Little tight buy I have a large head-7 5/8's. Looks great & my granddaughter is going to flip when she see's me.

Quality is fine, in line with pricing. Processing and shipment was quick. Overall, satisfied!
Wig was very expensive compared to other vendors selling similar items. In addition, shipping was also expensive by comparison. I had to order this wig from city costume wigs because other vendor was sold out. I was disappointed upon its arrival because of how much they smushed the wig into a box that was too small for it causing the wig to become misshaped. Now I am trying to find a way to fix it in time for our play.
The wig itself is really trollish and perfect but this review is more about the customer service provided by this website! I paid standard $5 shipping and realized that the wig wasn't going to arrive on time so I called to cancel my order. The woman who answered said she could in fact get the wig to me on time. The site is based in Illinois and I am in California but the woman paid the extra shipping (probably more than what I paid for the wig itself) and got it to me on time! I will for sure use this website for all my future wig needs!
As a dental office, we needed coordinated costumes for Halloween. Our order came fast and everything was correct. We were happy to see such a variety in the wigs we ordered....each of us were able to get a different color. We are happy customers!
