To apply, start with clean skin free of oils and makeup. Remove the clear top sheet and press the tattoo design-side down. Wet the back thoroughly with a damp cloth, wait 30 seconds, then peel off the backing and gently rinse.
To remove, soak the tattoo with rubbing alcohol or baby oil, wait 10 seconds and rub away with a cotton ball. You can also lift it from dry skin with transparent tape.
Do not apply to sensitive skin, near the eyes, or if you are allergic to adhesive.
