I received this product a day later than I was supposed to have received it. I paid to have the product shipped in 3 days and I got it on the 4th day. The reason I received it then was because I called and text and emailed the producer of the product. Although I was very satisfied with the wig it self I was disappointed with the customer service. No one even asked or suggested that I would be reimbursed my extra money I paid to have it shipped in 3 days. Going forward if I could make a suggestion it would be to communicate with those of us that are purchasing your product. Other than that everything was exceptional.
