Oversized clown kicks with stripes that glow under blacklight. These Adult Jolt Clown Shoes from Underwraps feature a blacklight-reactive green and black striped tongue panel and an eight-grommet lace-up closure. Made from foam-backed polyester fabric, they are lightweight and comfortable to wear. They are designed to match the UR31008 Jolt Clown Costume, but they work with any clown costume.
Halloween parties, haunted house nights and blacklight events where the neon stripes can stand out. They also suit circus theme parties and creepy clown group costumes.
